What is the return policy?

While we want you to be 100% satisfied with your Pro Metal Art items, we do offer returns, exchanges, and store credit on any unused merchandise within 30 days of your purchase.

Please reach out to us at marketing@tpitexas.com with your order number and our team will be in touch with instructions on returning your items to us.

What are my shipping options?

Ground shipping will arrive in 2-5 days depending on the final destination.

• Ground deliveries shipping to a business will deliver Monday-Fridays.

• Ground deliveries shipping to a residential address will deliver Tuesday-Saturday.

Express shipping will arrive in 2 business days however this does not include weekends. For example, if you place an order on a Thursday the package will arrive at its final destination on Monday.

Overnight shipping is not available at this time.

Is shipping included?

Shipping will be an additional charge and the price is subject to change depending on where the package is being shipped to. Shipping is free if your cart total is above the stated free shipping threshold.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package is delivered damaged please email us at sales@tpitexas.com and send photos of your damaged package and we will determine the next steps.

How quickly will my Pro Metal Art be shipped?

Packages will ship within 4 business days from our facility in Dallas, TX. Orders placed after 2pm CST are not guaranteed to be processed until the following business day.
